- 4 10's Production Schedule
- Mon-Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm (Occasional OT on Fridays)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ~
Robotic Welding Operation
- Operate Yaskawa robotic welding machines by loading raw materials and unloading finished parts
- Monitor robotic welding cycles to ensure proper operation and consistent output
- Maintain production flow by keeping machines running efficiently
Quality Control & Inspection
- Perform quality checks on all finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges to verify accuracy
- Identify defects and escalate issues as needed
Finishing & Manual Welding Support
- Perform grinding and touch-up welding as needed to meet quality standards
- Apply MIG welding techniques on varying material thicknesses when required
- Ensure final products meet CMP quality expectations
Blueprint & Weld Interpretation
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and tolerances
- Understand and differentiate between various weld types and requirements
- Ensure all work aligns with engineering and customer specifications
Production & Workflow Management
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Manage changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Take ownership of jobs and follow them through the production process
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding production and quality issues
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Safety & Workplace Expectations
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Safely perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
QUALIFICATIONS~
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and use measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.)
- Strong understanding of blueprints, weld symbols, and tolerances
- Demonstrated MIG welding ability (varying thicknesses)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
