Compensation Base + monthly team & personal performance bonuses + annual incentives & bonus (travel awards, team contests) (potential $60k-$120k+)

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and boost performance at the Tropicana location
Maintain your own sales production—including resident and new clients
Oversee performance via sales dashboards, KPIs, team goal-setting
Host training sessions on insurance products, financial literacy, and customer care
Collaborate on marketing strategies and community outreach
Ideal Candidate Traits
Licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance
Proven track record in sales leadership or individual sales
Energetic, self-motivated, results-driven
Excellent communicator and coach
