Join our dynamic team as an Independent Courier Contractor, where you'll be the vital link in delivering goods efficiently and reliably to different post offices Tuesday thru Saturday each week. As a courier, you'll handle packages with care, navigating to different post offices, and ensure timely drop offs. Your dedication will help keep our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
Duties
- Safely operate your mini van or larger vehicle .
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate documentation for each shipment.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure secure transportation.
- Plan optimal routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with knowledge of route driving best practices.
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs courteously.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, especially familiarity with loading/unloading procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
