Better Help Insurance | Full-Time | Hourly + Uncapped Commission
Better Help Insurance is one of Southern California's fastest-growing insurance agencies, and we're looking for motivated, competitive, and results-driven Call Center Sales Agents to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to warm and prospective leads.
- Answer inbound calls from customers requesting insurance quotes.
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and specialty insurance products.
- Follow up with leads through phone, text, and email to maximize sales.
- Cross-sell products and services including SR-22 filings, roadside assistance, and other insurance solutions.
- Maintain accurate client information within our CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed daily sales goals and activity expectations, including a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day.
- Participate in daily coaching, training, and sales meetings to sharpen your skills.
Qualifications
- Sales or call center experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus but not required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and insurance quoting software.
- California Property & Casualty License preferred, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days (licensing assistance available).
