Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- One-hour lunch break included
Compensation
- $21 – $24 per hour; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

What You'll Be Doing
Infant/Toddler Team Administrator play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment while guiding and supporting teaching staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and guiding teachers in implementing a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration
- Maintaining active supervision of children and supporting classrooms as needed
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensuring proper procedures are followed
- Collaborating with teachers to support classroom activities and provide mentorship
- Helping ensure a safe, positive, and well-organized school environment
What We're Looking For
Required
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification or a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education program
Preferred
- One of the following experience paths: At least 1 year of leadership experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education program OR At least 1 year of leadership experience in any setting (retail, healthcare, etc.) plus at least 1 year of teaching experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education program
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children
- Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs in case of emergencies
- Must pass required background checks
