REU Windows Doors Design is hiring Field Canvassers to generate homeowner interest for high-efficiency window, door, and siding upgrades.
This is a field-based, structured hourly role in Colorado’s Front Range region. You will work independently in assigned neighborhoods with clear expectations for daily activity, conversations, and performance standards.
You are paid for your time in the field, with additional bonuses for results.
Training, coaching, and team support are provided in person at our Loveland, Colorado office.

REU Windows Doors Design is a residential home performance company based in Loveland, Colorado.
We specialize in high-efficiency exterior upgrades including:
- Energy Star 7.0 ultra-efficient windows and doors
- High-performance insulation systems
- Class A fire-rated siding
We serve homeowners across Northern Colorado and the Front Range, including Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley, Golden, Boulder, Denver, Parker, and Centennial. We are actively expanding as team capacity grows.

What You Will Do
- Work independently in assigned neighborhoods
- Start conversations with homeowners
- Identify interest in home efficiency upgrades
- Set qualified in-home appointments
- Track activity using structured systems
- Follow a repeatable daily outreach process
Schedule
This is a field-based hourly role.
- Most work happens in the field (door-to-door outreach)
- Training and team meetings occur in person at the Loveland office
- Team events and coaching are conducted in person
- You manage your daily schedule within structured expectations
Typical structure:
- 5 hours/week training & development
- 20–35 hours/week in the field (based on availability and performance expectations)
Compensation
- $20/hour guaranteed base pay
- Additional performance bonuses for appointments set
- Bonus structure rewards consistency, activity, and results
This role provides stable income with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based incentives.
