As the first face our guests see, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every visit to The Tangy Crab starts off on the right note. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
- Communicating wait times and ensuring guests are comfortable while they wait.
- Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
- A positive, upbeat attitude that makes guests feel at home.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- The ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help where needed.
