Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and scope management plans.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.
