- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Payroll administration
- QuickBooks
- Daily deposits and reconciliations
- Financial reporting support
Business Operations
- CRM administration
- Fishfood workflow management
- Vendor coordination
- Purchase order support
- RGA administration
- Process documentation and improvement
Customer & Team Support
- Customer follow-up
- Service coordination and collaboration with our installations and warehouse teams
- Supporting our showroom sales team
- Helping resolve customer concerns
- Leadership support and special projects
- Cross-department coordination

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience, with clearly defined bonus milestones throughout your first year.
First-Year Bonus Milestones
- Bonuses are tied directly to the successful completion of specific milestone goals, system training proficiencies, and positive performance reviews at each interval (60 days, 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months), totaling up to $5,000 in your first year.
