About Champ
Champ Car Wash is a locally owned car wash with three locations in the greater Burlington area. Site Managers are at the center of everything we do, and we’re looking for a hard working, detail oriented, and customer obsessed leader to step in at our Shelburne Road Location.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the full day-to-day operation of Champ Car Wash - South Burlington: your team, your customers, your equipment, and your numbers. You’ll report directly to Champ leadership and be expected to run your site like an owner. This is a hands-on, on-site role. If something needs to get done, you get it done. This is not an office job, you will be hands on washing cars, running register, and solving problems.
What You’ll Do
- Own daily operations across the entire site. Tunnel, self-service, vacs, etc: maintaining quality, cleanliness, and safety standards in every aspect of the business
- Onsite 50 hours per week, with 2 days off
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop a team of wash attendants
- Build and reinforce a positive, growth minded culture grounded in Champ’s values
- Own the customer experience, resolve issues on the spot and keep people coming back
- Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Track key metrics (wash counts, membership conversions, labor, etc.) and report to leadership
- Manage inventory, supplies, and site documentation
- Ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable
- 3+ years of management experience in a service-oriented environment (car wash, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Proven ability to build and hold accountable a reliable team
- Strong communicator with a calm, direct approach to problem-solving
- Genuine customer service orientation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and on-call to cover gaps
- Reliable transportation, drivers license and vehicle
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Vermont conditions
- Mechanical curiosity a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000-$60,000 annual salary, based on experience
- Up to $10k in annual commission, paid quarterly

Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, and move for the duration of a shift
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs on your own
- Bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Work outdoors in all seasons
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
