This role is positioned as a top-tier earning opportunity for roofing sales professionals in the Nashville area.
Key Responsibilities
· Meet with homeowners professionally and build trust throughout the sales process.
· Inspect roofs and assess the scope of work needed.
· Present roofing solutions, financing options, and next steps clearly.
· Follow the company’s structured sales process from inspection through close.
· Close deals, collect payments, and complete required follow-up.
· Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace.
· Generate referrals and encourage positive customer reviews.
· Meet performance standards using company-provided leads.
This is a full in-home sales cycle role, covering every step from inspection to close.
Required Skills and Abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Working knowledge of roofing materials and basic installation practices
· Proven sales ability and confidence in a high-performance sales environment
· Customer-service mindset with a professional, solutions-focused approach
· Strong time management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced setting
· Proficiency with Apple products and Microsoft Office

Experience and Education
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience
· Roofing or home-improvement sales experience strongly preferred
Physical Requirements
· Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
