You will thrive in our fast-paced kitchen, working collaboratively with our staff to ensure smooth daily breakfast and lunch operations. Your primary focus will include:
Preparing fresh breakfast and lunch menu items according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
Operating commercial equipment safely and efficiently, including the grill, sauté station, fryer, and oven.
Preparing fresh ingredients (chopping, portioning, marinating) and assisting with weekly meal prep production, grab-and-go meals, and occasional catering orders.
Maintaining holding temperatures, rotating inventory using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices to minimize waste, and keeping a sanitary workstation during and after your shift.
Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or restaurant cook is preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, food preparation techniques, and health department regulations.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy daytime meal periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Dependable attendance and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for hospitality and serving others.
