Job Summary:
As an Attendant Caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical personal care and companionship to our members. Your support will directly impact their daily lives, ensuring they remain safe and comfortable.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry assistance, and meal preparation.
- Deliver companion care, conversation, and emotional support.
- Assist with medication reminders.
- Document daily shift notes and clock in/out reliably using our electronic visit verification (EVV) mobile app.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain before starting).
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and clean auto insurance.
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but a compassionate heart and a strong work ethic are required!
