The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily workflow and administrative functions of the service department. This role supports field technicians, vendors, community managers, and clients by ensuring service requests are scheduled, communicated, tracked, and completed efficiently. The Field Operations Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for service operations and provides administrative support for both service and project-related activities.
Salary Range: $20 to $25 an hour
- Schedule and dispatch field technicians
- Coordinate daily service requests and emergency work orders
- Monitor work order status and completion timelines
- Assist with workload balancing and technician utilization
- Maintain accurate work order documentation and records
- Support invoicing and billing administration
- Assist with project documentation and vendor records
- Track service metrics and support departmental reporting
- Serve as a primary point of contact for service-related communication
- Provide service updates to community managers and board members
- Follow up on open work orders and customer concerns
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives
- Schedule vendors and subcontractors
- Coordinate material deliveries and service appointments
