Medical billing, in general is a plus, but please note that the high end of salary range is only offered to those with the two years of experience in direct patient care. If you have none, you still will be considered, but at the lower end of the job posting.

Job Requirements
· At least 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the medical field
· Encouraged to be knowledgeable in the following aspects of medical office operations: scheduling appointments, insurance procedures, processing/requesting medical records, basic understanding of DME
· Must also be flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced team environment
· Verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail is a must
· Leadership skills and fast decision making skills are extremely important
· Willing to learn new concepts quickly
Job duties:
· Scheduling, insurance inquiries, patient care management, checking in/out patients, requesting medical records, answering phones
· Additional tasks as assigned
