Company Overview
The Renaissance International School is a vibrant, trilingual Montessori institution dedicated to nurturing young minds from age 2 through ninth grade. With a special focus on choral music and fine arts, the school fosters creativity, cultural awareness, and academic excellence in a dynamic learning environment.
About the Role
Our Montessori school is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and personable Office & Operations Coordinator to join our administrative team. This role is at the heart of daily school life — supporting students, staff, families, and the Head of School by keeping the office running smoothly and stepping in wherever help is needed. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of projects, isn't afraid to dig in and figure things out, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team where no task is “beneath” them.
If you're the kind of person who loves checking things off a list, thrives on variety, and finds satisfaction in making sure the small details are handled so everyone else can focus on their work — we'd love to meet you.

- Provide day-to-day support to the Head of School and office staff
- Jump in wherever needed — this role requires flexibility and a true team-player mindset
Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. You may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Detail-oriented: You catch the small things others might miss, and you take pride in doing things right
- Self-starter: You can take a project, run with it, and see it through independently
- Resourceful: You know how to research and problem-solve on your own, but also know when it's time to ask a question or loop someone in
- Collaborative: You work well with others and communicate clearly across a busy, fast-paced environment
- Flexible & adaptable: You're comfortable with a job that changes day to day, and you approach new tasks with a “how can I help” attitude — never a “that's not my job”
- Organized: You can juggle multiple ongoing projects and deadlines without losing track of details
- Improvement-minded: You naturally notice when something could work better, and you're comfortable researching options and proposing solutions rather than waiting to be told
