You will be responsible for helping to lead the Kitchen/ Back of House operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems. Responsibilities

Learn and work daily in the Kitchen area of the restaurant

Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department

Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department

Help establish and achieve all labor goals

Help establish and achieve all food cost goals

Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department

Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department
Qualifications

Associates degree in Business Management or related discipline preferred

2-3 years of relevant leadership experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in restaurant management.
