At Bridging Worlds, we work with adult, teen, and child clients and their families in their homes, helping to support them with whatever behavior challenges they may face (physical aggression, property destruction, elopement, tantrums) or skills deficits they may have (communication, emotional regulation, social skills, getting dressed etc.). Pay is commensurate with experience. We are looking for experienced behavior consultants who know how to implement ABA programs. Or people who have worked in education or psychology. You must also be able to relate with empathy and compassion. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to find career that is heart-centered. ABA Behavioral Consultant position pay $30–$40 per hour commensurate with experience and requires a Master’s degree preferably in a related field (Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work).
ABA Behavioral Tutor position pay range $23.00-$30.00 per hour- Bachelor's degree required.
We offer a competitive benefits package. Including self-care reimbursement, full medical coverage , and a matching 401(k) plan. We reimburse drive time at your hourly rate as well as pay for miles traveled to and from client homes.
