Responsibilities
- Administer botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers with precision and care, ensuring optimal results and patient safety
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, medical history, and contraindications
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols in accordance with health regulations
- Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare procedures, and product benefits to foster trust and satisfaction
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon or med spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
- Upsell additional services like dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, or body waxing to enhance client experience and revenue
- Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, client testimonials, and promotional content
- Perform product demos for skincare lines and aesthetic treatments to educate clients and promote retail sales
- Maintain detailed records of treatments administered and follow-up care instructions
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nurse Injector or in a similar med spa or aesthetic clinic setting
- Certification in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers from accredited programs
- Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, hair threading, and other cosmetic procedures preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus
- Background in healthcare or cosmetology fields including nail care, makeup application, or hair styling is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards and maintain a safe treatment environment
