Job Overview
The HUMANE SOCIETY of CHEROKEE COUNTY is seeking a part-time Animal Caretaker to feed, water dogs and cats, clean dog pens and cat rooms, medicate animals plus other duties at the shelter.
To be considered, applicants must have:
At least a GED or high school diploma
Be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
Have reliable transportation
A working cell phone, text and email capability
Be able to follow instructions
Be punctual, observant, and love dogs and cats.
This is a MANUAL LABOR type job that is done indoors and outdoors.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
