We're seeking an experienced Radiology Manager with an active RT license and strong imaging operations experience to lead our radiology team. This role is ideal for a radiologic technologist who is passionate about developing staff, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality imaging services. You'll partner closely with physicians, clinic leadership, and fellow imaging professionals to support exceptional patient care and departmental performance.
What You'll Do
As the Radiology Manager, you'll provide both operational and clinical leadership for the radiology department while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
You'll:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of radiologic technologists and imaging support staff.

Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain imaging professionals.

Promote employee engagement, accountability, regulatory compliance, and professional development.

Ensure efficient daily radiology operations, staffing coverage, and workflow management.

Serve as a clinical resource and leader for imaging best practices, quality standards, and patient safety.

Partner with physicians and clinic leadership to support exceptional patient care and operational effectiveness.

Monitor department performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and patient experience.

Develop and manage departmental budgets while monitoring financial performance.

Prepare operational reports and support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

Standardize imaging processes and implement best practices to improve consistency, compliance, and efficiency.

Foster strong relationships across departments to support collaboration and organizational success.
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.

Current ARRT certification and active RT license required.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field preferred.

Progressive leadership experience in a radiology, imaging, orthopedic, or outpatient healthcare setting.

Experience supervising, coaching, and developing radiology team members.

Experience managing department operations, staffing, workflow, and performance metrics.

Budget management and financial oversight experience preferred.

Compensation Range for this position:
$83,000.00 - $124,500.00
Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
