We're looking for a motivated, organized, and outgoing Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, part-time position designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in healthcare. You'll receive hands-on training and have opportunities to grow into full-time leadership and management roles as our practice continues to expand.
What You'll Do Clinical & Administrative Operations
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
- Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and office workflow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate specialty lab testing and patient communications.
- Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally and promptly.
- Keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
- Support providers and staff with day-to-day clinical operations.
- Identify ways to improve systems and workflow.
Community Outreach & Marketing
- Represent Optimal You Wellness at health fairs, networking events, community workshops, and local events.
- Help coordinate outreach initiatives and patient appreciation events.
- Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Promote the practice within the community and help increase brand awareness.
Social Media & Content Support
- Capture photos and videos around the office and at community events.
- Assist with creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Help maintain a consistent online presence aligned with our mission and values.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for educational and promotional content.
Who You Are

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service, administrative, hospitality, marketing, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willing to occasionally assist with community events outside of regular office hours.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting Pay: $20-$22 per hour
