We are a well-respected, privately owned dental practice on Cape Cod, seeking a personable Associate Dentist to join our growing team. With a loyal patient base, strong referral flow, and a modern environment, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving practice while enjoying the Cape Cod lifestyle.
Our practices in Hyannis and Centerville are fully equipped with digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and soon-to-be introduced laser technology, ensuring our associates have access to the tools they need to deliver exceptional care. We take pride in fostering a collaborative culture and are seeking a doctor who shares our commitment to high-quality, patient-centered dentistry.
Key Highlights:
- Flexible opportunity: full-time (4–5 days/week) or part-time (2–3 days/week)
- Consistent office hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends)
- Two prime Cape Cod locations (Hyannis & Centerville)

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with clinical autonomy
- Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform restorative, surgical, and cosmetic procedures
- Build lasting patient relationships while contributing to the practice’s growth
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Embrace and utilize new technology, including laser dentistry
What You Bring:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Massachusetts dental license
- 2+ years of clinical experience strongly preferred, but New Grads also welcome to apply!
- Proven restorative and surgical skills; comfort with comprehensive care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and patient-focused approach
- Interest in long-term career growth and potential partnership
