Core Responsibilities:

Execute routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all machinery

Identify and resolve issues within major systems, focusing specifically on the company's primary equipment lines

Complete comprehensive system overhauls and rebuilds to ensure peak performance

Provide welding services as required

Collaborate seamlessly across departments, including Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental teams

Complete any other duties as directed by your supervisor
Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment service, including work on excavators and skid steers

A robust mechanical foundation with proficiency in diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics

A proactive, organized, and energetic approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining computer literacy
Professional Development:

Acquire specialized knowledge regarding specific makes and models

Obtain industry-recognized certifications such as ASE, Powerfluid Society, or manufacturer-specific credentials
