Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Esthetician/Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who is passionate about aesthetics and wellness, and who thrives in a clinical setting. You’ll have the opportunity to perform esthetic services, assist with medical treatments, and support our providers in delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform esthetic services such as facials, skin rejuvenation, and related treatments.
- Assist medical providers with procedures, patient prep, and aftercare.
- Support wellness services including hormone therapy, IV therapy, and weight loss programs.
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
- Manage inventory of supplies and keep treatment rooms clean and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Esthetician License required.
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (or relevant clinical experience).
- At least one year of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic required.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient-centered care.
