Farfield Systems is seeking a Program Manager to provide contract-level oversight and management support for our DFC ISSO Support Services program. This is a part-time (approximately 0.25 FTE) corporate management role that plays an essential function in keeping the program running smoothly — allowing our technical ISSO team to stay focused on mission delivery.
You will coordinate with the Lead ISSO on all contract-level matters, including invoicing, staffing actions, personnel onboarding and departure notifications, and performance reporting. You will oversee the development and maintenance of the Program Management Plan (PMP) and associated program management documentation — including the Communications Plan, Quality Management Plan, Risk Register, Staffing Plan, Training Plan, and Transition Plans — ensuring they remain current, accurate, and Government-approved. You will be accountable for the on-time submission of Monthly Program Status Reports covering SLA/KPI results, staffing status, risk and issue register updates, burn-rate tracking by LCAT, and funding forecasts. You will also coordinate with the Government COR on contract-level governance, support subcontract management if applicable, and ensure Farfield meets all contractual management obligations across the period of performance.
