At Seniors Helping Seniors® Boston South Shore, caregiving is personal.
We are a family-led, locally owned agency built on one belief:
older adults thrive best when care is rooted in real human connection, shared experience, and dignity at home.
Founded by Michelle Salerno, President & CEO, and Michael Salerno, Executive Director, our organization was built right here on the South Shore with a deep commitment to the communities we serve. This isn’t corporate care—it’s local families caring for local families.
We don’t just place caregivers. We thoughtfully match people—based on personality, interests, and life experience—so relationships can grow naturally and meaningfully.
