We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Clerk who excels in both inbound and outbound communications. This position requires a technology-savvy individual proficient in multitasking and capable of taking the initiative in a dynamic warehouse environment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual and demonstrate excellent attendance. Flexibility to work on weekends and nights is essential to meet our operational needs.

Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and stock levels

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely deliveries and pickups

Assist in the referral of customer inquiries and requests related to order fulfillment

Perform regular stock checks and assist in data entry and reporting

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area

Work closely with team members to optimize workflow and ensure operational efficiency

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs

Previous experience with inventory management software
