Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented and organized individiual to join our team. You will be responsible for sorting cards carefully by player, picking them for shipments with a detailed packing list, and packaging them up in a secure manner to go out to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and professional workspace and environment. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role.
- Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience, with 30 guaranteed hours every week
- Predictable Schedule: Same hours every M-F
This is a permanent role, not a temp position.
Responsibilities
- Sort cards from our live breaks by player with 100% accuracy.
- Sleeve and top-load cards with care, protecting condition at all times.
- Package and ship orders daily using our shipping system (Roughly 150 packages per day)
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and clutter-free.
- Occasionally help with other tasks (e.g., product organization, assisting team members, etc...).
Requirements
- Must be passionate about the collectibles/sports card industry
- Must be trustworthy and reliable
- Clean and organized work habits - everything must stay organized.
- Strong attention to detail. Accuracy is the most important thing in sorting and shipping.
- Ability to handle sports cards carefully and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills (printing shipping labels, searching orders on dashboard for quality checks)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
