Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral consultation services to K–12 students in school districts near Bartlett, Illinois.
This role is a great fit for a BCBA interested in applying behavior analysis in a school setting while collaborating closely with teachers, special education teams, families, and other school professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
- Provide staff training and coaching
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Positive, flexible, and collaborative approach
- Interest in school-based ABA, special education, and multidisciplinary teamwork
School-based BCBA experience is preferred but not required. BCBAs transitioning from clinic or home-based settings are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and support are provided.
Compensation & benefits
- $60-70 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
