Evenings & Weekends Experienced Budtender Needed. Must be able to work these shifts. Please do not apply if you do not have excellent Budtending experience or cannot work evenings and weekends including Sundays.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage every customer with positive energy and intention.
- Educate guests on product offerings, effects, and proper usage.
- Make personalized recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Execute transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.
- Hit daily and weekly sales targets—bonuses apply!
- Stay current on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Be a team player who shows up on time, ready to serve.

- Previous experience in bud-tending, retail, hospitality, & sales!
- A passion for cannabis and the community it serves.
- Outgoing, magnetic personality with natural charisma.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Coachable attitude with strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 21+ and compliant with state/local regulations.
