Titan Armored is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our new Grand Rapids branch, scheduled to open this fall.
This is a unique opportunity to build a branch from the ground up. Working alongside the Director of Regional Operations, you'll help hire and develop the team, establish operational processes, support new customer growth, and create a culture of safety, accountability, and exceptional service from day one.

Important Expectations
This is an armed, security-sensitive leadership position. The Branch Manager is expected to obtain and maintain all required state firearms permits, licenses, and Titan Armored firearms qualifications. This role also requires the ability to support armored transportation and ATM routes when operational needs require.
What You'll Do
As Branch Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of branch operations while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and develop branch supervisors, driver/messengers, vault personnel, and administrative staff.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and recognize employees.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Oversee armored transportation, vault operations, fleet readiness, routing, and daily branch activities.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, firearms licensing requirements, company policies, and security procedures.
- Manage branch budgeting, operational performance, and profit and loss (P&L).
- Provide ongoing leadership, coaching, and professional development for employees.
- Utilize Morphis and Microsoft Office applications to support operations, logistics, reporting, and customer service.
- Support armored transportation and ATM routes as business needs require.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in transportation, logistics, armored services, or a related operational field.
- Previous cash services or secure transportation experience preferred.
- Experience managing budgets and operational performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience supervising drivers, routing, fleet operations, and logistics.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and operational compliance.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required state firearms permits, licenses, and Titan Armored firearms qualifications.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Schedule
This position is generally scheduled Monday through Friday. Business needs and customer requirements may occasionally require work outside of normal business hours.
