Greater Richmond Dentistry is seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our modern, fully digital practice. We are a technology-driven office with organized systems, advanced equipment, and a supportive team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday 8:30am - 5pm
Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide preventive, periodontal, and maintenance care
- Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis
- Conduct periodontal charting and comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Perform scaling and root planing when clinically indicated
- Take digital radiographs in accordance with Virginia regulations
- Provide oral health education and preventive services
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Dentrix Ascend experience preferred
