Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites Northern Kentucky in Wilder, KY. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel, ensuring that every guest feels at home during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, and upholstery
- Ensure all bathrooms are stocked and sanitized
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet daily goals
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
