Responsibilities

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts.
- Process retail transactions efficiently while adhering to phone etiquette and communication standards.
- Support store operations by managing inventory, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory organization.
- Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts to ensure smooth store operations.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to educate customers about features and benefits.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred; grocery store experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous.
