Roof Masters Roofing & Restoration, LLC is growing in the greater Houston area, and we are looking for successful, self-driven salespeople, to partner with us. Previous roofing sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate to succeed. We’re more interested in a go-getter attitude, willingness to learn, and communication skills than your experience.
We’re looking for people who are:

- Able to climb a ladder to a roof and perform inspection
- Comfortable with a performance-based pay plan (commission)
Responsibilities:
- Canvas/DOOR KNOCK targeted areas for potential customers
- Inspect properties and document damage as seen
- Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and provide assistance with the claims process
- Meet with the field adjuster from the insurance carrier
- Supply company generated quotes to retail customers
- Manage the roofing project, company orders materials
- Meet/exceed sales goals - maximize and your INCOME!!
Skills:
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred
- Previous experience using CRM software preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- High school degree required
Here’s what we offer at Roof Masters:
- $50-$75,000 first year income expected, with top earners making over $100,000
