Behavior Technician’s (BT’s) are needed to provide services to children in Lancaster county, PA, with an emphasis on our newly opening center-based clinic program in Lancaster, PA. The BT provides services to learners with a variety of potential diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Down Syndrome, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or others.
Conestoga Behavioral Services is an applied behavior analysis (ABA) provider of educational and therapeutic services in the southeastern PA area. It is our philosophy that anyone can learn and acquire skills that will allow them to have more opportunities in life. We rely on the evidenced-based practice of ABA in our pursuits to achieve learning outcomes.
The BT will:
- Work in collaboration with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), whom which all supervision and training will be provided by
- Work with children in the implementation of a treatment plan and/or IEP goals/objectives
- Work with school teams and families to support student progress
- Collect ongoing data on the learner’s goals
- Provide teaching rooted in the principles of applied behavior analysis
- Complete daily session notes detailing the service delivery

Requirements of this position:
- Willingness to provide at least 18 assigned billable hours per week. Additional hours are also available.
- High school diploma
- 2 years using applied behavior analysis in working with children
- FBI fingerprinting, criminal background check, child abuse clearance, and a TB test
- Ability to travel to see clients
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and when writing
- Reliable, organized, and passionate about helping others
