About the Role
We are hiring an experiencedFloor Technician who takes pride in delivering clean, polished, and safe floors. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in using floor care equipment like scrubbers and buffers and understands the importance of maintaining high cleaning standards.
Schedule: This is a full time floor tech position 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Operate floor care equipment, including:
- Buffers and burnishers
- Vacuums and extractors
- Clean, scrub, strip, wax, and polish floors
- Follow proper safety procedures and chemical usage guidelines
- Maintain and care for equipment
- Ensure all floors meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of floor care experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience usingscrubbers and other floor care equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
