Job Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in carpentry and construction. You’ll assist with job site tasks, learn finish carpentry techniques, and work alongside experienced tradespeople. Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters with framing, finish work, and installations
- Load and unload materials and tools at job site.
- All deliveries for loading and unloading
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Follow directions from lead carpenters and site supervisors
- Learn and apply carpentry techniques and safety practices
- Support various phases of construction projects
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or carpentry experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures
