We are seeking an experienced inventory Control/ Packager to join our team. The Inventory Control/ Packager is responsible for ensuring management has accurate weights being packaged, quality assurance, order preparation, packing, developing/implementing inventory control, and managing that the order is perfect before being sent to dispensary. Order count has to be on point. Also, will occasionally be utilized in other departments when necessary.
Responsibilities/ Duty Requirements
- MUST HAVE A VALID CULTIVATION & PRODUCTION AGENT CARD or be eligible to obtain upon hiring.
- Must package & count orders to be perfect before delivery to vendors.
- **** Must be able to operate pre-roll machine & package 3.5g jars, 1g & .5g prerolls.****
- Ensure packaged weights are accurate. Counts are labeled correctly on boxes.
- Help ensure vault inventory is accurate.
- Must communicate & work well in a team setting.
- Will do inventory for jars/pre-roll tubes/stickers/labels.
- Inventory control/tracking.
- Must help take boxes to door. (medium lifting)
- QA, order preparation, packing, packaging
- Communicate with METRC compliance as needed.
- Sanitize your station/upstairs daily.
- Will be assisting packaging, packing & trimming on slow days if necessary.
- Understand and apply basic mathematical knowledge (weights, measurements, and calculations)
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-3 years of experience in a regulator environment
- Experience with in marijuana inventory/weighing required
- Outstanding oral and written communication
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Must consent to and pass a background check
- Must have or be eligible for a Nevada Marijuana Agent Card
The candidate hired will oversee all the activities in an organization related to ordering, receiving, storing and distributing materials, equipment, merchandise, supplies and products. Will have to be exceptionally organized.
