Job Summary
The Regional Launch Technician is a highly skilled technical leader responsible for supporting new market launches, stabilizing existing markets, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple regions. This role serves as the technical expert and field representative for ADAS Safe, partnering closely with Regional Managers, Sales, Training, and Operations Leadership to drive successful market launches, improve technician performance, and maintain consistent execution of ADAS Safe standards.
The Regional Launch Technician provides advanced diagnostic support, OEM programming, calibration expertise, and field coaching while mentoring Pod Leaders and technicians. This position plays a critical role in developing talent, implementing new processes, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring every market consistently delivers a world-class customer experience.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive automotive diagnostic, electrical, ADAS calibration, or dealership technical experience.
- ASE A6 Electrical/Electronic Systems certification preferred.
- ASE L4 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems certification strongly preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated expertise in OEM diagnostics, module programming, electrical troubleshooting, and advanced vehicle systems.
- Experience performing ADAS calibrations across multiple OEM platforms.
- Previous experience mentoring technicians, leading technical training, or serving as a technical subject matter expert.
- Strong understanding of OEM service information, scan tools, calibration equipment, and diagnostic workflows.
- Comfortable traveling extensively (75–100%) and supporting multiple regions.
- Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Pod Leaders and Mobile Technicians across assigned regions.
- Conduct field observations, ride-alongs, and hands-on coaching to reinforce technical proficiency, safety, customer service, and operational consistency.
- Support Regional Managers by identifying performance gaps, recommending development plans, and assisting with technician evaluations.
- Assist with onboarding and training newly hired technicians, ensuring successful integration into ADAS Safe processes and performance expectations.
- Reinforce accountability through regular feedback, performance discussions, and adherence to company standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, professionalism, and operational excellence throughout the field organization.
