Are you a self-starter with strong connections in your local schools, athletic programs, youth organizations, or community? Do you enjoy building relationships and helping organizations succeed? If so, Team Butter is looking for motivated independent sales representatives to help schools, sports teams, and youth groups discover a better way to fundraise.
This is a 100% commission-only 1099-NEC independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential and flexible hours.
What You'll Do
- Prospect schools, athletic departments, booster clubs, PTO/PTAs, youth sports organizations, bands, and other community groups.
- Introduce organizations to Team Butter's simple, high-profit fundraising platform.
- Build relationships with coaches, athletic directors, school administrators, and volunteer leaders.
- Schedule virtual or in-person fundraising consultations.
- Follow up with prospects throughout our sales timelines.
- Develop referral partnerships within your local community.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective fundraising organizations.
- Help organizations launch successful fundraising campaigns that maximize participation and profits.

Who We're Looking For
- Someone comfortable making cold calls, networking, and building relationships.
- Self-motivated individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Organized and able to manage your own schedule.
- Passionate about helping schools, students, and youth organizations succeed.
- Experience in sales, fundraising, education, athletics, or business development is a plus.
Coaches, teachers, booster club leaders, athletic directors, nonprofit professionals, and sales professionals are encouraged to apply.
