Qualified team members can earn up to $7,000 through our Performance & Retention Bonus Program.
This bonus is paid over a 12-month commitment and rewards installers who:
Show up consistently
Produce high-quality installations
Follow company processes
Maintain a clean jobsite
Deliver outstanding customer experiences
Help build a winning team
- Lead residential HVAC system replacements and installations
- Install furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, condensers, package units, and duct systems
- Train and mentor installation helpers
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Complete startup procedures and system testing
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Take pride in every installation completed
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience from start to finish
- 2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices
- Ability to read installation paperwork and job specifications
- Valid driver's license & Clean driving record
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to train and lead others
- Commitment to quality workmanship
Top performers consistently earn $60,000-$120,000+ annually.
