Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate CPHW (Certified Public Health Worker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the CPSP program and will engage with patients in the medical practice. This position requires a strong commitment to improving health outcomes and a proactive approach to providing healthcare information.
Responsibilities
- Introduce the CPSP program to OB patients and become a resource for referral sources in community.
- Serve as a liaison between the practice patients and healthcare providers to enhance access to services.
Experience
- Previous experience in an OBGYN office is necessary. Only candidates with 1 year or more of work experience in an OBGYN office should apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage patients.
- Familiarity with local health resources and services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Spanish speaking desired.
