WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the development of all construction project schedules and holding Superintendents accountable for following project schedules
- Responsible for the procurement of subcontractors and developing scopes of work for assigned construction projects
- Own the management of project costs through project management platform and invoicing by developing a relationship with accounting
- Responsible for development and coaching of Assistant Project Managers to carry out projects at a higher level of efficiency.
- Periodically attend job site meetings Safety/Progress Meetings ensure all parties are properly informed and have the necessary tools to perform their work.
- Consult as the Subject Matter Expert to assist in achieving projects that are affordable and practical to build with high levels of quality and low ongoing operational costs
- Recommend and justify alternative methods of construction and value engineering to meet budget parameters while maintaining high quality standards
- Review master project schedule with project superintendent weekly to obtain current summary of project status.

The compensation range for Project Manager is $102,271-$127,865/yr based on experience and certifications. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt’s benefits to include, health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K.
