```Duties:```
- Perform maintenance and repair services on various types of computer systems and equipment.
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment.
- Comfortable regularly moving equipment with a dolly and transporting equipment with a truck and trailer.
- Comfortable with the occasional out of town trips.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every service call.
```Requirements:```
- **Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.**
- Basic knowledge of computer repair preferred.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
