Travel Required: 10–15 trade shows/events per year
PRO O2 LLC (a division of Nidek Medical Products) is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support & Operations Coordinator to support its growing non-medical distributor sales channel. This role assists the administrative functions by managing customer communications, order entry, invoicing, payments, ERP system updates (SysPro), and trade show support in a small, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support distributors with pricing, order status, and sales documentation
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in ERP system
- Generate invoices, order confirmations, and shipping paperwork
- Process credit card, ACH, and check payments; assist with collections
- Maintain customer accounts, pricing, and inventory data
- Serve as initial contact for warranty, RMA, and shipping issues
- Attend and support 10–15 trade shows and sales events annually
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2–3 years of sales support, customer service, or order processing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
