Job Summary
Action Chiropractic is growing, and we're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor!
We are a busy, modern chiropractic and wellness clinic in Ossian, Indiana with a large established patient base and a strong internal referral network. This is a great opportunity for a massage therapist who wants to grow a schedule and work alongside a fun, motivated healthcare team.
With multiple providers referring patients internally, there is a strong opportunity to build a busy massage schedule without having to start completely from scratch.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality therapeutic and deep tissue massage services
- Work with a variety of patients, including active individuals and patients with musculoskeletal complaints
- Create a comfortable, professional, and positive patient experience
- Complete basic documentation and manage availability through our scheduling system
- Collaborate with our chiropractic and wellness team when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment space
What We're Looking For
- Current Indiana Massage Therapy License
- Friendly, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable providing therapeutic and deep tissue massage
- Motivated to grow a massage schedule

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. The massage therapist receives 60% of completed massage service revenue.
Based on current massage pricing, compensation is approximately $48–$54 per completed 60-minute massage service. Compensation is based on completed services and is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
