RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all artist royalties via Tone
- Maintain all artist budgets
- Maintain release metadata (ISRCs, UPCs, splits, credits)
- Coordinate release setup with distribution partners
- Organize all contracts, invoices, and proof of payment
- Support day-to-day label operations
- Register songs with collection societies, ensuring accurate songwriter, publisher, and split information
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be based in the US, ideally Los Angeles.
- This job is mainly remote, but some in-person meetings may be required.
- 1–3 years of music industry experience preferred
- Experience with royalty accounting, label operations, publishing administration, or music distribution
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working with financial data
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with ISRCs, UPCs, metadata, and DSP reporting preferred
- Experience with royalty software is a plus
