We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
- Support office management functions, including inventory management of office supplies.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in front desk or clerical roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is advantageous.
- Strong typing skills with accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
